These third party entities may include state cattlemen’s associations, state beef councils, state co-operative agricultural extension or other agricultural organizations who assist in extending BQA and MBA education, training or certification including , instructors and administrators of educational institutions.
5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
5.1 Children. The Website is not directed at children under the 13 years of age. NCBA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. We recommend children under 13 years of age utilize the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals education platform found at yqca.org.
5.2 International Operations. NCBA is based, and this Platform is hosted, in the United States of America. If You are from a country outside of the United States of America with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law and You provide personal information to NCBA, please note that any personal information You provide to NCBA may be transferred to the United States of America. By providing Your personal information, You hereby specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the uses and disclosures set forth herein or in the Terms of Service related to the use of and access to the Platform.
5.4 Do-Not-Track. Some web browsers and devices permit You to broadcast a preference that You not be “tracked” online. At this time NCBA does not modify Your experience based upon whether such a signal is broadcast.
